The Villa Estate can be rented under following combinations:
Only Guesthouse with own private pool - max. occupancy 4 guests
2 guests  = 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / 1 kitchenette + 2 extra single beds in adjacent room

Standard Rate for 4 guests = 90 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 3 guests = 75 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 1 or 2 guests = 60 € incl. breakfast

Only Main Villa – max. occupancy 10 guests
4 bedroom  = 8 guests/ 3 bathrooms / 1 kitchen + 2 extra single beds in any room
To guarantee undisturbed privacy, the guesthouse will not be occupied by different guests during the same period the main villa is booked!

Standard Rate for 10 guests = 250 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 9 guests = 235 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 8 guests = 220 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 7 guests = 205 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 6 guests = 190 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 5 guests = 175 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 4 guests = 160 € incl. breakfast

Guesthouse: 1 bedroom  = 2 guests/ 1 bathroom / 1 kitchenette + 2 extra single beds
For entire Villa Estate between 11 and 14 guests please book "Entire Villa"

Standard Rate for 14 guests = 310 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 13 guests = 295 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 12 guests = 280 € incl. breakfast
Standard Rate for 11 guests = 265 € incl. breakfast

All above rates include 10% government tax - but exclude the one time payment of the local tourist registration fee of 3,50 Euro per guest at check-in!
