The Villa Estate is available for rent under following combinations:
Only Guesthouse with own private pool - max. occupancy 4 guests
2 guests = 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / 1 kitchenette + 2 extra single beds in adjacent room
Only Main Villa – max. occupancy 10 guests
4 bedroom = 8 guests/ 3 bathrooms / 1 kitchen + 2 extra single beds in any room
To guarantee undisturbed privacy, the guesthouse will not be occupied by different guests during the same period the main villa is booked!
To rent the entire Villa Estate (Main Villa & Guesthouse) – max. occupancy 14 guests,
please book Main Villa & Guesthouse with the number of guests you want to occupy each unit!
Main House: 4 bedroom = 8 guests/ 3 bathrooms / 1 kitchen + 2 extra single beds in any room
Guesthouse: 1 bedroom = 2 guests/ 1 bathroom / 1 kitchenette + 2 extra single beds
