The Main House

Endless Horizon

The first impression after entering the estate is the spectacular oceanview from the large terrace over the swimming pool - like a endless beautiful calm horizon.

Pristine white is the dominant first impression of the modern designed houses and their interior.

The 2 buildings - main house and guesthouse - combined have an area of more than 600 m2 living space. The 2 bedroom guesthouse features it's own kitchenette, swimming pool and terrace and provides absolute pricacy.

You enter the main house into a long hallway with doors leading to various rooms aleft and right, and at the end opening is fitted with a king size bed, the other two bedrooms present queen size beds.

A large and lush tropical garden surrounds the guesthosue and the main house.

The main house has a terrace surround the entire building which can be accessed through all bedrooms, the kitchen and the living area.

Spectacular Sunsets

Evenings you can enjoy the view of stunning sunsets and afterwards the magnificent inspiring star filled sky.

At various places throughout the tropical garden you will find resting places where you can eat, read, or meditate.

You’ll find on the property, a Bale Benong, a typical Balinese resting place to relax in the shade whenever you feel the need to collect yourself.

There is a fully equipped, Italian inspired kitchen in the main villa where you can prepare delicious meals. The villa’s helpful staff are very well trained to meet your needs und make your stay an enjoyable one.

Large Pool Deck

From the main houses spacious living room with a flat screen television, plus a home entertainment system and a large indoor dining table you enter through large glass sliding doors our covered terrace and pool deck with a comfortable seating area and another larege outdoor dining table.

Both dining tables (indoor & outdoor) are suitable for up to 12 persons.

The large rectangular crystal clear infinity pool ( 12 x 4 meter) is covered with a sun sail to provide shade over the pool during the midday sun.

For the guests staying in the main house we provide 2 comfortable sun loungers and a couch sitting area on the pool deck directly in front of the livng room. Pool acces is directly from the terrace

Spacious Bedrooms

All bedrooms are airconditioned and have en-suite bathrooms with shower units.

Equipped with large wardrobes, night tables and modern beds, there is still plenty of room for 1 extra bed in each bedroom.

2 of the 3 available bedrooms in the main house are equipped with Queen size beds (160 x 200 cm) while the third bedroom is fitted with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm).

All bedrooms have large glasfronts with sliding doors and with garden view.

Living Area

The main house spacious living room is equipped with a flat screen television, plus a home entertainment system and a large wooden indoor dining table.

The solid wooden dining table seats up to 12 persons.

The 48" flat screen TV is connected to a state of the art stereo sound system.

A comfortable L-shaped sofa with a low tea table is placed in front of the sound and TV system.

The living area offer a large full glass front with sliding doors who lead directly out to the terrace and pool deck.

The Kitchen

Our modern main house kitchen is directly connected to the living room area but also has a glas sliding door to the terrace area for direct access to the pool deck.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer where guests can store their food and drinks.

Also a ice cube machine, a toaster, a microwave, a gas stove with 4 flames and a oven with extractor hood are available for our guests.

A small wooden table with 2 chairs in the center of the kitchen provides some preperation and working space.
