The Villa Estate

Large Tropical Garden

The property is built on 38 are level beachfront land - walled in and gated this estate features beside a main house, guesthouse and a sperate building housing the backup generator, a security room and a laundry a very large garden.

The lush tropical garden is covered with generous areas of grass, Frangipani trees, coconut palms, Mango trees, and various kinds of palm trees and bushes.

A comfortable traditional Bale is located close to the beachfront area for relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets

An open BBQ grill area is provided for the guests close to the large main house terrace.

A covereed shelter close to the beach houses our Jet Ski. The usage of the Jet Ski for extra cost need to be negotiated.

At various places throughout the tropical garden you will find resting places where you can eat, read, or meditate.

Private Beach Access

Small paved paths lead down from the terrace/pool area through our garden to the small private beachfront gate.

Inside in front of the beach access gate we have a can be locked during night times and

The beautiful Bali Sea with it's calm & shallow waters is then just a few steps away.

Evenings you can enjoy the view of stunning sunsets and afterwards the magnificent inspiring star filled sky.

Walled-in & Gated

A large carved solid wooden gate with 2 sliding doors covers the entrance of the Villa Cymopoleia estate.

3 meter high walls surround the estate on 3 sides - the beachfront lenght is covered with a 1 meter high wall with a stainless steel fence on top.

A security guard is inside the estate during night times from 6 pm to 6 am.

Gen-Set & Car Port

A powerful diesel backup generator is available in case of a electric shot down.

A car port for 2 cars or several motorbikes is available aside the parking lot.

The building housing the car port and gen set also contains a laundry room for our housemaid and a room for the night time security guard.
